Delete your Pip Pip account

Pip Pip is made by Alexander Harvey-Falkboo. You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Pip Pip and tap your avatar to open Family & settings.
2. Tap Privacy and your data.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete.

Your details are deleted right away. You can also tap Download my data first to keep a copy.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the phone or email you use, with the phone number you signed up with. We check that the account is yours, delete it, and confirm within one month.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and language
• Your sign-in record and the notification codes for your phones
• Your place in your household, and any invites or connection requests you sent
• If you're the last parent in your household: the household, its address, your children and their notes, your connections to other families, and your arrivals and questions

What is kept, and for how long

• If another parent is still in your household, the household and your children stay with them.
• Arrivals and questions you took part in keep only a random id instead of your name, and are deleted automatically 7 days after they started.
• Weekly totals, such as how many questions were answered, are kept. They contain no names, numbers or children.
• There are no backups during the pilot, so no other copies remain.
